Melopure takes the payment for every product it sells, so the charge appears as melopure.com (or MELOPURE) rather than under the name of the product you bought.
If you added an extra item at checkout, each extra item shows as a separate payment on the same day. There are no subscriptions and nothing is taken later.
Email us with your order number. We can refund, resend or correct an address within 1 working day. A dispute through your bank takes weeks and puts your order on hold.
